  This restaurant doesn't deserve even one star, but the option of zero stars was not available. Two friends and I waited over two hours for our meals, with no apology, no explanation and no attention from the wait staff. during our wait. The two lobster dinners that were finally served were inedible - it was the most tasteless and soggy lobster either of us had ever tried to eat. The third person with us had a very mediocre seafood casserole which contained one shrimp and one clam and a lump of tasteless grains. When our server finally came to our table and asked how everything was we were frank and honest. We said the food was awful and the two hour wait before it came was outrageous. Our server asked if we wanted something else but it was much too late for us by that time, and we had lost all confidence in the restaurant

  Our experience at capitaine homard was pretty bad. Service was awfull. The food was way under what you would expect from a seashore restaurant. The restaurant is in a camping site with RVs parked everywhere and blocking the view on the St-Laurent.

  Great service, great food, the design of the restaurant was excellent with a sea theme in each room. Camping was decent and had a nice beach to go along with it.

  Well managed restaurant. Friendly staff; relaxed atmosphere. We stop there every year.
